Missing step: BUCKET_NAME_2 of Project_Id_2 should associated with the Service_Account2 (cross-project-storage). Then only Project_ID_1 can be able to access the Project_ID_2 bucket and file using the service account 2.

for the last 2 labs, you comment about pencil icons. I do not have one and thus could not complete the end of this lab either. I have nothing which allows me to edit the cross-project-service account.
