There is no mention to install opsAgent on both machines. Because of that, dashboards in monitoring are not created by default. When I installed agents, dashboards are shown, but there were no traffic for metrics in further process. Also, I could not ping one instance from another, although there are icmp firewall rule, and they were on same network. Only thing I did different is when created one instance, I forgot to allow http, so I did that after creation in instance editing. So, at the end I could not overload one instance from another.

When the instructions said "groups" I went to security groups, so maybe that could be further clarified.
