Inaccurate instructions. When creating VM for crossproject, the service account was not selected in VM creation. So what's the point of creating the service account?

In some steps a browser refresh is required e.g. the cross service account doesn't appear under IAM until user explicitly refreshes the browser. If this hint had been available I wouldn't have wasted several minutes switching between IAM and service accounts tabs.
