This one was really good but also really hard to follow. First, give instructions on how to rename the projects (in IAM) to simplify the switching among them. It would help, too, to have screencaps of some of the Metrics interfaces, particularly for the step "For Aggregation select Configure Aligner, set the Alignment function to Count true" and things like it, where you have to hunt for labels that are either buried or revealed progressively. Finally, one has to deselect the Active button/lozenge/thingy to reveal VM Instance > Uptime_check > check_passed. Please tell the tutorial user to deselect [Active] before trying to find the metric.
