It feels like it's out of date. Some of the flows did not work. I have to create the VM with specific scope in order to grant the cloud write access permission, i.e., just using the service account did not work. Also, the .boto file updating had no effect on my encryption of files uploaded to CS. I had to edit the boto.cfg file instead to get these steps to work.
