Monitoring and Dashboarding Multiple Projects Reviews

Requires update as the new ui has a "filter" for the list of the available metrics and up time check is hidden. If installing metrics agent contextual menus change drastically, why isnt the metrics agent part of this activity?

The monitoring settings page is different than here, I was not able to find "component" as a tag when trying to make a group. The only option was "lab-vm"
