This lab simply doesn't work as the step Setup the data environment never works and validates well even after creating the jupyter notebook twice in Vertex Workbench. Fix these labs.

The concerning lack of consistency and reliability in these labs are more gradually putting off from proceeding with other learning paths. I value organized and comfortable learning experience, and the current state of all those out-of-date instructions just leaves me feeling somewhat undervalued. In all honesty, Microsoft conducts their courses and learning paths in a more systematic and thorough manner, which has been more conducive to my learning journey.
