Repeatedly fails on check progress for "Please create the Vertex AI Notebook instance with the given configuration and wait till the instance creation completes." I've ran the lab several times, same result despite having an apache beam note book in the region specified each and every time. This error prevents me from completing the course!!!!!!

The new Workbenchs on VertexAi are not working properly also the the template.py or the source data has issues on parsing the json. I think that this lab must be updated sooner as possible.
