At the top of the page click New Notebook, and select Apache Beam > Without GPUs In the dialog box that appears, set the region to us-west1 and then click CREATE at the bottom. In many labs, the us-west1 - failed a few times, error "not enough resources" or something along those lines. ----------- Note: The environment may take 3 - 5 minutes to be fully provisioned. Please wait until the step is complete. The environment took more than 15 minutes. this wait time is a waste of our time -----------
