Buggy. Couldn't start the Vertex AI Notebook using Python 3 (with Intel® MKL) because the option was not there at first. I had to keep closing the notebook and re-creating it, then randomly had the environment option available after a handful of tries.

Narrative seems to be for an old solution. Lab worked fine but the explanation part needs to be updated to reflect what is in the Lab.
