Ordering of the labs should have been better

The support team was not helpful. I have tried four times in two days to complete the lab and the error I was receiving was [@type": "type.googleapis.com/google.rpc.ErrorInfo", "reason": "LOCATION_POLICY_VIOLATED"] for the batch processing, support gave me workarounds for STREAMING. This does not help me complete the lab.
