unlike other qwiklabs i have done, this doesn't seem to work. even if i run the pipelines as written and get the correct output solution in bigquery, the progress checks still seem to fail

The instructions were not clear and this site takes too long to recognize when work is completed. Also I shouldn't have to re-initialize my development environment for every lab with the same steps, especially when the lab executes within a limited time window. The git repo and dependencies could be installed as part of the image that is spun up when the lab is started.
