Performing Basic Feature Engineering in Keras Reviews

There seems to be a bug where I cannot make the notebook at the beginning because "none of the servers have resources" no matter how many I try or wait to re-try

There is a libcuda error when trying to complete the lab. This appears to be an issue with one of the dependent libraries

Nice feature engineering lab, although it needs a review on the following: (1) minmax is not working, to achieve expected result on Solution notebook normalizer_fn parameter is assigned None; and, (2) notebook should have a graph that shows how feature columns paradigm acts over original dataset to define feature layer of neural network
