once enabled Versioning, why still need to use -v option? Copy the file to the bucket with the -v versioning option: gsutil cp -v setup.html gs://$BUCKET_NAME_1

In some steps a browser refresh is required e.g. the cross service account doesn't appear under IAM until user explicitly refreshes the browser. If this hint had been available I wouldn't have wasted several minutes switching between IAM and service accounts tabs.
