Lab are not bad, but quite big to keep all in mind. And I like to have better details about Access control lists and encryption keys.

Some of the instructions did not match the UI. Also halfway through the lab, my permissions appeared to have changed and I could not complete all steps. I used IAM to reapply permissions without success.
