Even after attaching environments eval and prod successfully to runtime instance (eval-instance), still GET request returns error stating "Could not resolve". Looks like eval-instance is not provisioned correctly for Qwiklabs users

Good content. Perhaps it can be mentioned that once an environment is created, it has to be added / attached with the apigee instance else it wont work, rather than saying that add env to instance. Question comes in mind then why we need to add env with instance. Its basically adding a pod with the instance so that it can recognize it.
