Maybe a little bit too guided..? I have 2h to work on this lab, I could be left clueless to at least figure out how to do things on my own, instead the explanation guides me throughout everything. :) don't get me wrong it's amazing but honestly this is not the right way for me to retain information. I prefer to struggle...

This tutorial is worst in-spite of having some good starting in this tutorial. You can simply provide the way of doing this through UI, rather than using a complicated command.
