It is not specified how to deploy the Proxy API in Eval and Prod (from the Developer -> PROxies API tab) you must deploy the eval api and then in prod (returning to the previous api development window to switch to Prod). This conflict happened to me in the point "Deploy the proxy to the prod environment"
