Apigee Debug pane is not rendering as API Proxies panel after prod env was attached, need to refresh the browser page.

Good lab with two issues: * Very slow to start resource for some classmates and so too much waiting around * In the section "Deploy the proxy to the prod environment", step 'Click the Deploy to eval dropdown, and click Deploy next to prod to deploy to the prod environment."', it should instead indicate '"Click on the "down arrow" control next to the greyed out "Deploy to: eval" so that you will see the option to deploy to the prod environment, select "deploy"' as you won't see the "prod" deployment option unless you click on the drop down.

Nice to have a tool to decouple addresses and use same scheme for prod & test envs APIGee can fail provision and you would need start the lab from the start.
