I spent a lot of time troubleshooting on the target server names. For some reason the target server name from EVAL was all the time also directly displayed in PROD which caused some problems. Solution to that problem: Refresh the browser window.

there is a bug in switching between Target Server prod and eval from drop down. just clicking wasnt enough, a hard refresh with f5 was needed to switch contexts.
