Could be a good idea to comment that when failing to download setup2.html, you will get a very long error message, and not just be denied.

I was unable to complete this lab because "A n1-standard-1 VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-a zone" This sort of thing has happened in a number of labs now and it's annoying. Can't you handle this better?

VM resources are not available as per lab so you have to pick a different VM BUT it will close the lab since we are not following the recommendation.

Lack of resources in the designated zone/region is blocking me from doing the lab. I have been trying for a week now!
