The query sudo pip3 install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery is slow, and I still got a warning about not having google-cloud-bigquery-storage installed. The instructions did run and the information was complete, so I see the point, but this one was a bit tricky.

there's seem to be an error in the service account details. the tutorial says to use `qwiklabs-bigquery-931` as an account id while the script that is created later in the code expects account id to be `qwiklabs-bigquery@`
