Configuring, Using, and Auditing VM Service Accounts and Scopes Reviews

i did everything correctly to the best of my ability but I keep getting the Grant 'BigQuery Data Viewer' and 'BigQuery User' roles to 'bigquery-qwiklab' service account. overall I think cloud development is not as difficult as I have feared. Thanks GOOGLE for this experience I will definitely keep learning further

At the very end, the pip3 installs took over 25 minutes to run, and failed anyways.
