One of the commands in step 3 running in SSH for bigquery instance will get stuck (sudo pip3 install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery).

Takes too long to install a simple python dependency. Made me wonder if I was doing something wrong. And some services names were different from what written on the lab. Needs upgrade
