Very clear - when creating the service Account, just keep the name as "bigquery-qwiklab@..." for the field service account id (ie: don't add -931 as shown in the screenshot).

The sudo pip3 install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery doesn't work. I waited more than 10 minutes but it fails to build the python wheel for grpc.io.

The step : pip3 install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery is very long to execute and not well documented in the lab. This can be interpreted as an issue of the lab.
