Note: When opening cloud shell, it didn't provision all the way. I was given an error when I tried running that 1st command. So I used the 1st suggested command "gcloud auth login". From here, it produced an OAuth link that directly takes into a new tab to Re-sign it. After signing in, it produced a key that had to be copied and pasted into the cloud shell. Finally, everything was provisioned and re-entered the 1st command with no problems.
