the first checkpoint test doesn't work

The checkpoint for "Enable the Secret Manager API" doesn't work, resulting in a loss of 10 points from my score. I tried disabling & re-enabling the API, as well as checking again after completing each step. It's impossible to complete this lab without first enabling the API, so this check not working is ridiculous.
