the "rm -rf " is excessive. A typo here could be disastrous for a learner. -f is fine to avoid an error if the learner runs the command twice. Also it says "on your computer" with a ~/, most computers would use ~/Download, while the path on the cloud shell would be ~/. Should be clarified.
