The lab wasn't able to be completed because I couldn't create a SQL instance. ``` gcloud sql instances create sql-instance --tier=db-n1-standard-2 --region=us-central1 ``` Returned: ERROR: (gcloud.sql.instances.create) INTERNAL: Internal error encountered. Manually trying to create the instance also failed with an internal error.

Could not get the last section (connecting to browser instance) to work. Might have been due to lost terminal session and did not have sql env variables set
