1. Search issue: Searching for "LAMP," "LAMP stack," or "LAMP stack by Google" in the Marketplace does not yield the required image. It is necessary to search specifically for "LAMP for deploy" to find the correct one. 2. Missing prerequisites: The lab instructions do not mention that the "Infrastructure Manager API" must be manually enabled before deploying the image. 3. Broken phpMyAdmin: Although the installer offers to include phpMyAdmin, accessing it immediately results in a "mysqli not found" browser error. 4. PHP Version Conflict: The VM image comes with two pre-installed PHP versions (8.1 and 8.3). This conflict is the root cause of the broken extensions in the web server configuration.
