first it failed to create instance. check my progress also failed because of that. then i created i another instance but due to name it failed again.

Please consider that the vm type could not be available during deployment and consider also that if the deployment failed I would not be able to choose the mentioned name again for newer deployement in another lab, I got the error that I don't have sufficient permission for deployment.
