There is very little context or opportunity exploring the world this lab takes place in. In what network are the VM and shell assigned IPs? What routing is there to make it possible? How does it access the internet? How is the ssh key propagated to do the scp transfer? The stated goal is a bit vague.

Subject: Request for Credits Refund – Issue with Lab Instructions (Missing Zone/SSH errors) Dear Support Team, I am writing to request a refund of 40 credits that were consumed due to technical inconsistencies and incomplete instructions in one of the labs. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: Missing Configuration Details: The lab instructions did not specify the required compute/zone and compute/region at the beginning. This led to multiple failed attempts as the resources were being created in mismatched locations, preventing the "Check My Progress" tool from validating the tasks. (Loss: 30 credits). SSH Permission Issues: During Task 4, I encountered repeated "Permission Denied" errors when trying to install Nginx via SSH, even though all previous steps were marked as correct. I had to manually adjust the instance metadata (enable-oslogin=FALSE) to bypass this system-level glitch. (Loss: 10 credits). As a student, I rely on these credits to complete my training. Given that the failures were caused by the environment and unclear documentation rather than user error, I kindly ask for these 40 credits to be restored to my account. Lab Details: Lab Name: [Тук напиши точното име на лаба] Project ID: qwiklabs-gcp-04-9ad0246f3d9b User Email: [Твоят имейл адрес за Qwiklabs] Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards
