There was an error where the location "US (United States)" was not available in the options as listed in the the lab. After recreating Table with us-multi location the lab "check my progress" failed even when completed. Worked OK (with an create error) when repeating entire lab

Kept getting "It doesn't look like you've completed this step yet. Try again.". Could be gcp console related as table creation got an error but did proceed to then create the table and load the data fine.
