bucket tasks to grant permissions seems odd, maybe a mistake, i had to set the permissions to $MY_BUCKET_NAME_2 the one created from the shell, the other one did not accept adding acl permission when creating the server to serve the cat img, had to replace the url the text given to copy did not had the correct url basically it was wrong project id
