Accessing the Google Cloud Console and Cloud Shell Reviews

easy to follow but the final step to create the ssh key did not work. the command `gcloud compute scp index.html...` was just hanging for like 10 minutes and nothing happened. I ended up creating a index.html file in the vm so I could see the result in the external IP address
