dataset name wrong. should read cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv not gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv

Can't create the table from gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv. Getting "Bucket not found" error and can't create the table.
