Accessing the Google Cloud Console and Cloud Shell Reviews

I got quite confused as to what we were trying to achieve. Why did we create service accounts? Then, the switch between Shell and Editor didn't quite work as in the lab instructions - I could not have both open at the same time. A bit confusing lab overall.
