A bit outdated with the format. 1/ The 3rd progress check appears sooner than when it should be. 2/ Description to create the alert has probably changed a little. (maybe name is important, but since it has been translated, I got error triggered and it was a struggle to validate the last part.)

In the app engine Diagnostic column the right link is logs not tools. Also the order of creating the uptime check is different now, we have title at the end
