1st time: cluster has not been created in 25 minutes 2nd time: cluster in 10 minutes, docker deployed, web was running, but I did not get the points:( 3rd time: was running ok.

there 3 issues in python code, a colon is missing in the dict definition. Example : model = {"title" "Hello Cloud Run"} should be model = {"title": "Hello Cloud Run"}
