Not only resources such as GKE takes a long time to prepare, but the Lab was cancelled with more than 30 minutes to go. That is unacceptable that the user is penalized when 1. there was still enough time and 2. the user is stuck waiting for resources to be ready , and that stillness gets him penalized. On the second try I tried starting the gke cluster early to save time and after a while it just logged me out and refused to let me in. Awful
