last step never contacted the web server to display the new message - just kept spinning when going to external address

I found the http:// pages to see the web page did not appear. Either my browser is now blocking them, which it has not in the past. I did try to correct this to turn off any 'non secure site', but nothing worked. I know everything was working as per the lab, and I was able to continue without sighting the web page created. But it was slightly annoying.
