Cannot create trigger without selecting service account. and when i select service account, unable to use Dockerfile as config. had to use cloudbuild with logging disabled to succeed. please update the instructions

Was encountering the build log failures even when choosing Dockerfile as the agent for change which gives this error. As a result trigger didn't work. use either CLOUD_LOGGING_ONLY / NONE
