could not ssh into the VM instance

Third time trying the lab. It cannot be completed. Very frustrating, stuck on this It just doesn't work. On the "Customize the VM" step I just can't progress. The SSH doesn't work, it raises an permissions issue and denies my access. Even trying to bypass it through cloud shell it gives Permission denied (publickey).
