Great lab. I especially like that there was an explanation of what each part did. The inclusion of the full completed files is a nice touch. I think a good addition would be some exploration of terraform keeping the defined infrastructure stable - such as changing a resource in the console and running terraform apply to undo that change and then making a change in the TF files and applying the change that way. Also, a demonstration of terraform destroy would be a good item to end on (and may save a tiny bit of resources as a side effect).
