Again, second time Ive tried this today and I cannot get the "Shell Editor" to initalize. It takes over 5 minutes before failing as per instructions, I am able to load it in a new tab, but switching back to the original tab doesn't work and trying to create the folder (the next step) in the new tab just eventually goes offline. I can't finish the Course without completing this lab.

Need to add some issue rootcause and solution. if we select new window and open new terminal need to set project and on running terraform apply need to a in authorizearent cloud shell otherwise facing no modules in terraform init
