Unfortunately during my work it has been disconnected my account, and when I typed the terraform last command (apply) , I got an error indicated that the project ID is missing.... so it slowed my work, I couldn't see that the editor disconnected from the google cloud account.... never mind, finally I was able to complete the task successfully

In this particular lab, An instruction was omitted which made me think outside the box. In the mynetwork.tf, project is a required field. I found out from the Terraform GCP documentation
