Everything was good except one thing. The provide file needs the project to be set. Without that the apply statement will give error. This is not mentioned in the step for creating the project.tf.

One remark is that the indication to use Incognito mode needs some extra steps when also using the CloudShell editor (i.e. requires activation of cookies)
