The instructions did not line up with the latest version of Big Query. The UI is not explained well, Items are mislabeled. The import function did not work, and when prompted in the lab that this would be an issue it did not actually create the table that I needed.

in bigquery table I am not able to create table with yob2014.txt at all. I can create a empty table and insert it in it manually.

The tool is great, the instructions seem to be ok but when I follow them I can not find the options exactly as described in the instructions. I lost 20 minutes trying to understand how to get the dataset because the options in the tool are not exactly as described in the documentation. I used the Google Console in English and I'm fluent in that language. It seems that the instructions were not fully and strictly verified or the UI in the Google Console had minor changes after the instructions were generated. Once I could get the dataset everything was very intuitive in the Google Console although a bit different from what the instructions detailed.
