Error message: Stackdriver is undergoing maintenance until Aug 18 1:00pm PST. During this time, you are not able to create a new Stackdriver account or modify an existing one. Will have to retry later. Hopefully there is no quota / limits on attempting lab again.

Not Quiklabs fault, but Google was performing scheduled maintenance while I was trying to run the lab. Couldn't make a Stsckdriver account.
