Maybe you could add a "sticky" CSS style to the transcript so that we can scroll through while watching the videos (responsive mode moves it below the video).

I can't see much the point of having two VMs which run now 3 nginx instances serving all the same static page. It would have been more interesting if these webservers would access serve a shared resource or something useful.
